If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return your unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date
for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

Please note: We do not accept returns for custom
made items,
sale, clearance, closeout, special
order items such as imported bits. We do not refund your
original shipping or return shipping charges.

Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear, and be
in the original, undamaged packaging. If an item is returned that is not
resalable as new, or past the 30 day limit, it will be returned to you
at your expense.

For returns on Items that are drop shipped from our vendors directly
to our customers - please call us to for shipping instructions as
some of the vendors will not accept returns without a return
authorization number.

If the item is returned in "new " condition, there is no restocking
fee with the following exceptions:
Bits - 20% restocking fee.

Re-pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure to include
all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty
information. If you still have the original shipping box your order came
in, please ship the product in that box. Include a copy of your sales
receipt, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an
exchange, or refund.

Color Options and Differences - Color variations on nylon and leather products change with different
dye lots, and colors in pictures differ on different computer monitors.
If you select a color on our website, and the product does not match
exactly, we will take it back, but we will not refund your return
shipping cost. If you need an exact color match for existing
products you own, or are extremely picky about colors, then we suggest
going to your local tack store to purchase your tack.

For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to
us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you
in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow
you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot
assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.

Us" page.
Damaged Returns:
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and
all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the
merchandise. Notify us immediately at so we can instruct you on the
proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the
quickest replacement.

makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for the performance of any
merchandise sold other than warranted by the manufacturer.
