We offer one of the World's largest selections of Tack and Saddles and are constantly adding new products to increase the selection. Due to the huge selection of products, we do not stock every item on the website. We do stock items that sell on a regular basis and in most cases we can ship orders in 5 business days or less.

Our goal is to ship 95% of the remaining orders in less than 15 business days. Exceptions of course are always there. Sometimes the manufacturer is out of stock and we have to wait longer to receive products. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email to let you know when we expect to ship the product.

We are constantly building our inventory to serve you better and reduce the waiting time for your orders. We appreciate your business, and will continue to work hard to earn it!


Ranch & Farm Equipment Orders!

We will place the order with the manufacturer and they will ship the product directly to you. Larger items will ship by truck, small items by UPS or Fed-X ground. We will send you a receipt in the mail.

Items shipping by Truck - Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 weeks. The trucking company will call you a day or two in advance for instructions and to set up a delivery time.

Items shipping by UPS- Delivery time is usually 4 to 12 days.

NOTE: You MUST examine the merchandise carefully upon receipt and note any damages or missing pieces on the carrier's delivery receipt. You are financially responsible for merchandise damaged or any shortages in shipment unless you note the damage or shortage on the shippers freight bill. Notify us of any problems, and we will file the claim with the carrier and make sure that all replacement merchandise and/or repairs are completed.


Can we get it shipped faster?

Yes, we can ship by any UPS method; Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air.  Just mention in the comment field that you want it faster and we will email you with availability and shipping costs.

If you are ordering Farm or Ranch Equipment that ships by truck - We cannot speed up delivery of these items,  there is no faster service available like there is with UPS or Fed-X.
 

Orders to Canada

Orders over $500 must be paid by Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer of funds in US Dollars. We will cancel any order over $500 if the Credit Card Option is selected unless you have prior approval from us for the purchase.

Orders OVER $200 MUST ship by UPS - US Mail cannot be insured over that amount.

All customs and/or  brokerage fee's imposed by your country, carrier, or government are your responsibility.

International Orders

Orders over $150 must be paid by Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer of funds in US Dollars. We will cancel any order over $150 if the Credit Card Option is selected unless you have prior approval from us for the purchase.

Note: Most saddles are in boxes that are too large to go by US Mail, they may have to ship by UPS.
