GroundHog MAX ATV Disc Plow
The GroundHog MAX ATV Disc Plow is a totally new
and different concept in ATV plows. It has a graduated notched high-speed disc
setup. This disc setup is 30 % more aggressive than our original smooth disc
design. The plow comes fully assembled. The GroundHog MAX saves you
time, gas, and money. You will not need a trailer or a buddy to help. The
GroundHog MAX is truly a 1-man operation.
Here’s why it works
better than any other ATV Plow:
•MAXIMUM- Weight/downward force - The plow is mounted
under the ATV’s rear-end and uses the weight of the ATV (600+ lbs) and the
driver (200 lbs) to achieve direct down pressure on a smaller amount of steel.
You are riding on the plow like a 5th wheel. When not plowing (on most ATV’s) it
can be turned upside down in “transport position”. This allows the plow to go
anywhere someone can take ATV at the speed of an ATV.
•MAXIMUM - Ground
penetration – A graduated 10” / 9” / 8”notched high-speed disc setup cuts hard
ground and plows at a faster pace. Use looping circles and figure eights while
plowing. The plow is half as wide but you can plow twice as fast (4-7 mph). For
maneuverability reverse can be used with the plow engaged.
•HEAVY-DUTY –
Receiver Hitch UP-GRADE KIT (INCLUDED IN THE BOX). By using the included
21-26-inch (extendable) or 5-inch ¼ wall steel receiver tubes and the hardware
kit. A strong forward-braced receiver hitch system can be created. This will
utilize the existing factory utility hole / hitch and the ATV frame. This setup
fits approximately 90% of ATV’s/UTV’s on the market today. If the ATV/UTV has a
strong 2” receiver the GroundHog MAX is “Plug and Plow”. Works on
both straight and independent axle setups. Works on 2 or 4-wheel drive machines.
Some uses for the GroundHog MAX include installing game food
plots, planting for ducks and swampy bottomland, landscaping, and plowing garden
spots.

2" receiver. Polaris – Most 2008 and newer 4x4 Sportsman Series 400 - 800 4x4,
X2 4x4, Hawkeye 4x4. Most 2005 Sportsman Series 400-800 4x4 models. Most
pre-2005 4x4 models. MV7, 6X6, Ranger 4x4 with 2" receiver. Some newer Polaris
Sportsman and Rangers with 1 1/4" receiver will still need to use GH MAX
provided receiver system. Suzuki – Most 4x4 King Quad, Twin Peaks, Vinson and
Eiger models, Q.U.V. 4x4 Yamaha – 2008 and later Grizzly and Big Bear 4x4 with
2" receivers, Pro Hauler 1000, Rhino 660. Most other Yamaha models will require
forward bolted after market hitch.
