Note: Placement of an order constitutes agreement of our delivery
acceptance terms below. Please read before completing your

DELIVERY
ACCEPTANCE
Your MUST examine the merchandise carefully upon receipt and
note any damages or missing pieces on the carrier's delivery receipt. Then
forward a copy of the delivery receipt directly to us. Any item lost or damaged
in shipment will be replaced at no charge after a freight claim is filed with the
carrier. We (or the manufacturer of the product) will file the claim with
the carrier and make sure that all replacement merchandise and/or repairs are
completed.
If you refuse delivery due to damage, you
will be required to file the freight claim with the carrier,
and/or you will be responsible for all shippings cost.
We cannot accept financial responsibility if damage or shortage is not
noted at time of delivery, or delivery is refused!!
This means if an item is
damaged and you do not note the damage on the freight bill, you will be solely
responsible for filing the damage claim with the freight company and if they do
not honor the claim, we cannot help you.
Make a note on the freight bill of any
scratches, chipped paint, dents, holes in cardboard boxes, anything that is not
right - it will make a big difference if a claim is filed at a later date for
hidden damages!
Order & Shipping Details
Most orders are processed within 4 hours of
receipt during normal working hours. Most shipments are made within 14 working
days after receipt of your order. Personalized items, shortages of raw materials
(e.g. steel) or transit strikes may occasionally alter production and/or shipping
schedules. If changed schedules affects the shipment of your order, you will be
notified.
On items shipped directly from the
manufacturer or a distributor: If you paid by credit card, your credit card will
be charged when we process your order, since we are not notified by the
manufacturer when items ship. On items we ship from our warehouse,
you will not be charged until the item is shipped.
Equipment whose size and weight are too large for UPS will travel by motor
freight.
Important Notes:

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an
item and it has NOT shipped, we will gladly cancel the order and refund your
purchase amount. If the product has shipped, we will contact the
trucking company and have the item returned to the manufacturer. You will be
responsible for all the shipping fees incurred. They will be deducted from
the refund amount.

If your
property is not accessible by motor freight, we cannot be responsible for
any additional charges incurred to deliver the freight. In some cases,
drivers may require "curbside" delivery which may include unloading at the
end of a driveway.

Drivers are NOT
required to offload equipment. Please make sure that you have the equipment or manpower necessary to
unload the equipment. If you cannot unload the equipment, request a "lift
gate service" when you order the product.

If you require a
lift gate service to offload the equipment, they may charge you from $75
to $150 extra. The extra charge is your responsibility.

We
have no control over the trucking company's delivery
schedules. If you miss an appointment, the trucking
company may charge you a re-delivery fee. If you
do not accept delivery within a certain period of time,
the trucking company may charge you a storage fee.
Additional fee and any disputes over the delivery times
are between you and the trucking company.

We do not guarantee
delivery dates! We have a very good
record of getting motor freight shipments to you in 10 to 14 working days,
but there are times when it will take longer. If you HAVE to have an
item by a certain date, tell us when you place your order. If we feel
we cannot get it to you by the specified date, we will notify you and cancel
your order.
Throughout the catalog year, some changes may be made in equipment available or
improvements made that will change the appearance of the item. You will be
notified if any item has been discontinued and your payment refunded. While we
strive for accuracy, we cannot be responsible for printing or typographical
errors, or changes in specifications on improved equipment items.
Return policy: If within 30 days the product does not meet with your
satisfaction, you may return it (Exceptions noted below). Please be aware that
the product must be in new and sellable condition when it is returned. You will
be responsible for the cost of returning the
shipment.
Please contact us to receive return
authorization and instructions as most freight items are shipped directly to you
from the manufacture or a distributor and they will arrange return freight.
You will be responsible for the all
shipment costs (inbound and outbound), we will deduct the freight cost from your total refund.
Exceptions: "Made-to-Order" or customized
equipment items are not covered by this money-back guarantee. Alterations or
modifications made by the customer also void this return guarantee.
