
Mfg Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact
our staff to help insure proper set-up, and helpful suggestions that
will get the results that the product claims. No refund of shipping
cost.
Defective Returns Authorization to return any product
must be obtained from Seller in advance of any return. Any product
returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer's carton in
the same condition as it was originally delivered to Buyer by Seller
and all parts, warranty cards and other items included with the
product must be returned to Seller in their original condition.
Only the original purchaser of product may request a Return
Authorization ("RA"). Indirect customers of Seller must return
product to their supplier. If product is attempted to be delivered
without RA, it will be refused. Even if delivery is accepted in
error this does not constitute acceptance of the return by Seller.
All returns must be made freight prepaid to the address shown on
the RA. Product shipped collect and/or to the wrong address will be
refused, as will product where the RA number is not clearly marked
on the outside of each carton.
After receipt of the product,
Seller shall inspect the product to determine the exact quantity and
condition of the product received. If Seller does not accept any
product as being defective and in the same condition as it was sold
to Buyer, then such product will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's
expense.
