5 YEAR WARRANTY
Mighty Lite Horse Mats are made
to exacting standards from quality materials and carry a
five (5) year pro rate warranty from date of purchase
against material or manufacturing defects. Furthermore,
Mighty Lite Mats carry a concurrent three (3) year pro rata
warranty against premature wear out excepting puncture or
total avulsion of the mats due to studs, calks, protruding
nails, or other attachments, permanent or temporary, on or
part of the shoe of the horse that damages a mat and
excepting dimensional changes in a mat, whether caused by
temperature variations, wear and tear, or by any other
external factor. Such dimensional changes in Mighty Lite
Mats are considered normal for the polymeric, plastic
materials from which these mats are made and represent
neither material defect, workmanship defect, nor premature
wear out. The final decision as to what constitutes
premature wear out remains the right of Summit Flexible
Products, Ltd.
Not warrantied for outdoor use or in
any area subject to extreme temperatures.
This warranty is for the exclusive
benefit of the original retail purchaser and is not
transferable. Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. retains the
right to replace the mat or refund the purchase price. Under
no circumstances will Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. be
liable for a cost exceeding the original retail selling
price of the mat in question as supported by evidence of the
original receipt.
In the event a mat has been
used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed
and sold, this Warranty is null and void. This Warranty is
null and void if a mat is damaged by willful abuse. Any
warranty, representations, or statements which differ from
the foregoing are unauthorized by Summit Flexible Products,
Ltd. and become the warranty solely of the party making
them.
Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. is not
responsible for any special, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages of any nature or kind whatsoever
