Protector and ProtectorLok Mats are made to exacting standards from the finest materials and carry twelve (12) year warranty from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects or premature wearout resulting from normal wear and tear. Additionally, Protector and ProtectorLok Mats are warranted not to curl or warp; rather, they will conform to the contour of the subfloor as long as the subfloor was prepared in accordance with the installation instructions for Protector and ProtectorLok Mats which are freely available from Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. Protector and ProtectorLok Mats should give many years of satisfactory performance in excess of the warranty period.

This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable. Under no circumstances will Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. be liable for a cost exceeding the original selling price of a damaged mat. In the event a mat has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed and sold, the warranty is null and void If a disagreement arises as to what constitutes premature wear, the final decision will be made by Summit Flexible Products.
