The warehouses are public storage
warehouses that the manufacture of the mats rents floor
space in. The employees there cannot take orders for the
mats, tell you how many are in stock, or answer any
questions on the mats. Please call or email us with your
product questions. Contact the warehouse only for directions
or to make an appointment to pick-up your mats (see next
paragraph).
NOTE: You MUST call the warehouse
at least 1 day
in advance to schedule a time to pick-up
your mats.
The
manufacturer of the mats has imposed a $35 Will Call Fee when you pick-up mats
at any warehouse. This fee will be added to your order when it is processed by
our data entry department. It will show up on your receipt as" Warehouse Will
Call Fee".
