The Restocking
Fee for Saddles is as follows:
Cordura or Synthetic Saddles - 15% restocking fee. (10%
if we have a wither tracing on file). Plus you are
responsible for all shipping fees (see note 1 below).
Leather Saddles - 20% Restocking fee. (15% if
we have a wither tracing on file). Plus you are responsible
for all shipping fees (see note 1 below).
Return Procedure:
- You must call us for authorization to return the saddle.
- Returned saddles must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear, and be
in the original, undamaged packaging. If an item is returned that is not
resalable as new, or past the 30 day limit,
it will be returned to you at your expense.
- Saddles returned with horse hair or minor dirt will be
cleaned and you will be charged a $60 cleaning fee.
- We do not accept returns for custom
saddles under any circumstances.
- Re-pack the saddle in its original packaging. Make sure to include
all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty
information. If you still have the original shipping box your order came
in, please ship the product in that box. Include a copy of your sales
receipt, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an
exchange, or refund.
- For your protection, we recommend that you ship your
return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with
insured service. This protects you in case the
shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow
you to track your return shipment easily through that
carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected,
damaged, or lost shipments.
- If your return is lost in shipping or has shipping
damage when we receive it, we will assist you in filing a
damage claim with the carrier.

Note 1: Although we offer you free shipping on saddles,
we still have to pay for the shipping cost, and that charge will also be
deducted from your cost upon return of the saddle.
A. S. Websales is a retail company, and as such
makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for the performance of any
merchandise sold other than warranted by the manufacturer.
Purchaser is entirely responsible for his/her safety while using
merchandise purchased from A. S. Websales.
