This show snaffle is longer than the Tom Thumb for more
authority with turned back shanks that are a little more
forgiving. The standard snaffle mouth is gentle and comfortable
with inlaid copper bars for a wet, responsive mouth. Hand
engraved Silver overlay adds a professional look.

Patriot Shank Bit
The snaffle is one of the more gentle mouthpieces. It has a
variety of training applications from a transition bit to a head
setter when used with draw reins. It is just a versatile in the
show pen with reiner's or pleasure horses. The cold steel
mouthpiece will rust creating a pleasant taste.
