If you are not happy with your product, return the item with
the reason for returning and a copy of the sales receipt.
Return your shipment via US Mail or UPS; insured and prepaid
within 30 days of the date you received the product. You
will receive a refund, minus shipping costs and less 20%
restocking fee.
Items must show no use, be undamaged, and in
resalable condition. No returns will be accepted over 30
days!
We will not accept bits for return that have been in
a horses mouth. This policy is to protect everyone from the
threat of infectious disease.
