- Contact us prior to returning any item or it will be
refused and returned to you at your expense.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all
saddles unless we have a wither tracing on file for your saddle

- You must pay all return shipping costs. Make sure that repackaging is
done properly to assure that we receive merchandise in original condition.
- Merchandise
must be returned in the condition received. There must be no dirt, hair or
wear marks.
- Insure your return package! If it is damaged in
any way, no matter how minor, we will not take the saddle back. Any
damage claims are between you and the shipper. We will hold
the saddle for your shipper to pick up for the damage claim, or
return it to you, at your expense.
- If you receive a damaged saddle - Shipping damage
must be reported to us upon receipt of merchandise and all packing
materials and packages kept to prove damage. We will file a
claim with our shipper and ship you a replacement saddle.
Fitting the saddle to your horse is your responsibility - not ours! If you
are not absolutely sure the saddle you are buying will fit your horse, we
will work with you to determine the fit and may ask you to do a wither
tracing to insure a proper fit.
If you do not
consult with us, or fail to do a wither tracing when requested and purchase
the saddle, we will deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund amount.
Catalog and Internet prices are very tempting; but the
money you save goes away when you end up
paying return shipping, and restocking
fees. We would rather lose the sale of a saddle than
lose you as a valued customer.
